Enjoy your videos and Hillary you are hilarious… Just sharing, we own an EKKO in a Ford chase and we love it. For us it is very important that we consider the cost of maintaining the EKKO and the availability of services most especially in remote areas compared to Mercedes. Everything else in the EKKO is quite the same as the SprEKKO. It’s just a matter of what is important to you guys. Good luck to your search and happy travels.

Great review, the lack of a fantastic fan, porcelain toilet, shallow kitchen sink and not flush mounted AC are certainly drawbacks to the unit. BUT, it’s a great class B+. I currently have a View class C and Travato class B and would sell both to replace it with that B+

I was wishing there was some way I could talk to you in real time just to be a support, but I was thankful that you had this avenue to talk to us, and like you said, be company for you on your trip. Do you think you had the back of your seat adjusted to fit you because it looked like you were leaning forward while driving which might have made your back ache. Send them a bill for snow removal and cleaning the grill and if they don't pay, take them to small claims court. Seriously, you shouldn't be a cleaning or clearing anything at an expensive RV resort.

Can a person come in and get a more customized van? I want to downsize to a van in a few years but I want my own layout. For instance I want a fixed bed that lifts on a hinge so a can have cubbies for clothes under it. I do not want or need all the extra seating area or a huge bed, I would rather have other options rather than a huge seating area. I do not like the toilet inside the shower nor do I want to take it in and out…needs to be in a fixed enclosed area away from shower. Can it be diesel fuel with all electric? So much I want to ask…

What an adventure! We have driven that route through Nevada up to Zion National Park several times. Utah is a beautiful state. If you are a full time RVer, these types of things happen. We stayed in Cody Wyoming for a week waiting for parts to come in from Montana. Luckily we were 30 miles from Yellow Stone National Park. So we visited it everyday while we waited. I think you guessed handled this well. The key is staying calm and keeping your cool. ( it helps when you have a good service and a good hotel near by.

Guys, we are currently renting a road surfer RV in France. Let me tell you something, the Europeans know how to make RV’s. . I feel really bad for our own domestic RV manufacturers. Quality not the same. Of course, my opinion.

We had a fuel hose pop off our Promaster. The tow truck arrived in an hour, towed us back tonight campground, where our neighbor a mechanic, found the popped hose. All fixed in five minutes. In Ecuador South America. The tow was $150 and my wife cooked vegetables while we waited for the tow and our dog sunbathed. Best not to get stressed. You did great. Novo did great. The video is great.

This is a nice van, but being 5’2” I would need a step ladder to get to the controls. I love the lithium, induction cooktop and 12v fridge.

$100k plus ON TOP of the $65k van is a reasonable price??? If a person purchase all the material will cost about $50k(RETAIL) at the maxed out trim. These companies purchase in wholesale, it's just a rip off on riches which is justified but for mid-class family won't worth at all.

My 2017 class C gets about 12-14 MPG, but I can buy a heck of a lot of gas with the difference between what I paid for mine and this thing for $100,000. Kind of how I don't understand the argument of buying a Tesla to "save on gas." That bathroom is a complete deal breaker for me.

Loved the review, and became a subscriber because of it. One thing, that was not Mount Lemon. That was Mount Humphreys, the tallest point in Arizona. Mount Lemon is just outside of Tucson, about 4 hours south of where you were.

You just can’t put an upper end van build on a lower end chassis (Ram). It’s never going to work out. This should’ve been on a transit or a Mercedes-Benz chassis..
